What is soft washing?
We use a special cleaning solution that kills mold and algae without using pressure to clean your home or business without the risk of pressure harming your property.
Do you use pressure to clean roofs?
No, we use our soft wash system to kill the mold and algae build-up as directed by the roofing manufacturers.
How much do your services cost?
We use a pricing system that is set across the board, but prices vary based on several factors including window size and style. We offer free quotes and are happy to evaluate your property and provide you with individualized pricing.
Can I send in pictures of my property to receive a quote sooner?
On rare occasions, this can be possible. However, we do prefer to come out to the customer's home or business so we can discuss our process and evaluate the condition of the property to be cleaned first-hand.
Can I reschedule my appointment if needed?
Yes, we are customer- focused and will work with you however we can to best suit your needs.
Do you charge extra for drive times?
We serve Victoria and the surrounding counties with no extra cost for drive times. However, if jobs are outside of the surrounding counties we will include an additional fee for travel built into the price.
Are your solutions safe for plants and the environment?
We are specially trained in vegetation care, meaning we go above and beyond to protect your plants and property. Our solutions, when used properly, will not cause any harm or damage.
